RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with Office Manager to determine supply needs
- Monitor stocks of office supplies (paper clips, stationery etc.) and report when there are shortages
- Purchase supplies and training materials according to specifications
- Control inventory levels and ensure availability of training material
- Direct the flow of packages from preparation to shipment
- Report to management on activities and issues
- Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation, scanning etc.
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
- Perform receptionist duties when needed
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Provide general support to visitors
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)
- Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks etc.
- Assist in office management and organization procedures
- Assist in making travel arrangements and booking venues for conferences and events
- Perform other office duties as assigned
SKILLS
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in another relevant administrative role
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Thorough understanding of office management procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Proficiency in MS Office-Google Mail
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles

- Reporting to Operations Manager/Finance Manager
- Working relationships – Office Manager, Marketing Manager, Business Development Manager, Marketing Executive
CONTRACT
- 12 months
- 4° livello CCNL Commercio
- Starting January 2017
- Based in Como, Italy
- Subsequent to the initial period and good performance QRP intend to offer long term contract to the successful candidate.

ESSENTIAL
- Independent open worker with great presentation skills Fast and creative learner who likes to be supported by an international environment
- Experience in Public Sector
- Programme Management and/or PMO experience
- Fluent in English PLUS fluent French and/or Dutch.
- Based in the Brussels area (within 1 hour travel from Brussels centre)
DESIRABLE
- PRINCE2 / PMP certification
- Other Best Practice certification of QRP’s portfolio
- Consultancy experience
- Knowledge an experience with development of E learning applications
- Some experience in Marketing and Sales
- Italian language abilities is a plus
CONTRACT
- Permanent full time contract
- Starting as soon as possible
